Is my deposit protected if I buy off-plan?

Booking deposits and instalments are held against a documented payment schedule tied to construction milestones, with receipts issued for every payment. Full escrow and legal terms are provided in your reservation agreement before any payment is made.

How often will I receive construction updates?

Every active project is updated on a monthly cadence with dated photography and a written progress summary, published here on the Trust Centre and shared directly with registered buyers.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept bank transfer, mobile money (M-Pesa, Tigo Pesa, Airtel Money), and card payments for booking deposits, structured to suit both local and diaspora buyers.

Can I customize my unit finishing?

Select finishing packages are available on eligible unit types, subject to construction stage. Speak with your property advisor about current customization windows.

What happens if handover is delayed?

Your reservation agreement sets out clear timelines and remedies in the event of delay. We communicate proactively the moment any material schedule change occurs — not after the fact.

Do you offer property management after I buy?

Yes. Al Mawada’s in-house management team can handle leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations on your behalf — ideal for investors and diaspora owners.
